This single origin coffee comes from a family-run farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Mió take enormous pride in the traceability of their coffee, and offer the most detailed and transparent production reports we’ve ever seen.
These include the names of every farmer involved in the entire growing and picking process and the times for each element of green processing.
